Terms & Conditions

I. General provisions
The website www.maritza-evros.eu  and the eTOURIST :: Interreg Greece-Bulgaria mobile app, hereinafter referred to as "the Website" and ("the Application"), have been created within the framework of the project: „Promotion and development of natural and cultural heritage of Bulgarian – Greek cross-border region through smart and digital tools” with acronym "eTOURIST" Subsidy contract № В2.6с.07/09.10.2017, financed under the INTERREG V-A Cooperation Program "Greece-Bulgaria 2014-2020". The Project is co funded by the European Regional Development Fund and by national funds of the countries participating in the Interreg V-A “Greece - Bulgaria 2014-2020” Cooperation Programme.“
 
These General Terms constitute an AGREEMENT between you and Regional Municipalities Association “Maritza”, which entitles you to use the site services and the mobile application for personal and non-commercial purposes, subject to the conditions below. These current terms and conditions have binding effect only in the relationship between you as a User of the Site Services or the mobile application and Regional Municipalities Association “Maritza”. By accessing (loading) the Website / Mobile App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any subsequent changes thereto, and you agree to abide by them. If you don’t agree to all of the terms and conditions below, please do not use the site and the application under the project „Promotion and development of natural and cultural heritage of Bulgarian – Greek cross-border region through smart and digital tools” with acronym "eTOURIST" Subsidy contract № В2.6с.07/09.10.2017, financed under the INTERREG V-A Cooperation Program "Greece-Bulgaria 2014-2020".
Users are entitled to use the site and app services, hereinafter referred to as the "site" or "app", solely for personal / non-commercial purposes.
II. Main definitions
For the purposes of these General Terms, the following terms are used with the following meaning:
"USER" is any individual who uses any of the services of the site and the application.
"SERVICES" on the site include:
- access to information resources of the site/application information provided through a web browser or mobile application;
"THIRD PARTY Malicious Attacks" - acts or omissions of third parties that conflict with the rules of Internet ethics, including but not limited to DoS (Denial of Service), intrusion, deface, theft data, etc.
THE ASSOCIATION or THE ADMINISTRATOR: Regional Municipalities Association “Maritza”, Municipalities 126073800, with address of management: Haskovo District, Haskovo Municipality, Haskovo 6300, 4 Tsar Osvoboditel Str.
III. Confidentiality
 
In connection with the use of the site services and the application, we process personal data in accordance with our Policy of Use, which you may find here. Policy is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions.
Maritza Regional Association of Municipalities may provide the collected statistical information on website traffic / application of Managing Authority  of INTERREG V-A Cooperation Program "Greece-Bulgaria 2014-2020", JS of the Programme, National Authority and persons and/or bodies authorized by it, etc., in regards with the project closure, verifications and achievements of the results within the project „Promotion and development of natural and cultural heritage of Bulgarian – Greek cross-border region through smart and digital tools” with acronym "eTOURIST" Subsidy contract № В2.6с.07/09.10.2017, financed under the INTERREG V-A Cooperation Program "Greece-Bulgaria 2014-2020", compilation of internal statistics, etc. Data for statistical purposes shall be provided anonymously.
 
IV. Limitation of Liability
RMA Maritza is not responsible for the consequences, incl. any damages caused by or in any way related to access, use or inability to use this site/app. All information on the site / app is provided in accordance with the current Bulgarian legislation. RMA “Maritza” endeavors to provide security against malicious attacks by third parties.
 
V. Changes
RMA “Maritza” reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Usage Policy at any time, by timely posting these changes on the site / app, together with a notification of changes in the Terms and Conditions. For all issues not settled by these General Terms and Conditions, the applicable Bulgarian legislation shall apply.
